Women's Soccer

Jack Paris joined Florida Polytechnic University as the head coach of the Women’s Soccer team in 2026, establishing the program during the University’s inaugural athletics season.

Paris brings significant collegiate coaching experience to Florida Poly. Prior to joining the University, he spent four years as head coach of the women’s soccer program at Webber International University in Babson Park, Florida. While at Webber, he focused on player development, competitive growth and building a strong team culture.

His rich coaching history also includes serving as assistant coach and director of operations at Eckerd College in St. Petersburg, Florida. While there, Paris contributed to recruiting, training, tactical preparation, overall program development and logistics.

He also served for six years as Florida Olympic Development Program (ODP) lead coach, head coach of the Auburndale Soccer Club, and head coach of the Northeast Raiders Youth Association in St. Petersburg.

In addition to his coaching expertise, Paris competed professionally in Europe, gaining valuable international playing experience that greatly influences his player-centered philosophy.

He holds a UEFA C coaching license from the Football Association of Wales and is energized to build a championship culture for Florida Poly.
